Recommend it for budget-conscious travelers
The room really exceeded my expectations with tons of space, two bedrooms and a proper kitchen setup. It was fantastic to cook my own meals instead of forking out for overpriced meals.
It wasn't exactly cheap but for what you get, it was still acceptable.

Good hotel with free wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and comfortable rooms. I fondly remember my first stay when the staff helped me with a hot drink in the cold. I’ll definitely come back for a weekend!

Perfect pitstop for our road trip
We stayed one night and it was a solid stopover. Room was basic but cozy, and getting a good night's sleep was easy. The little fridge and breakfast area were handy for our snacks. Only thing, the walls felt a bit thin, could hear the neighbors chatting late. Stoked about the picnic area outside.

Had a lovely stay at Tree Motel in Narooma. The pool was super clean and refreshing after a day of exploring. Room 1A was spacious, fitting our family of five comfortably with both bunk beds and a queen bed. The kitchenette was handy for cooking, especially with the local food options being a bit pricey. Breakfast was a highlight too, with a fantastic value meal of eggs and sausages delivered right to our room. Owners Brian and Yvonne were incredibly welcoming and attentive. A few things did need some attention though. The room had a faint musty smell upon arrival that lingered a bit, and while it wasn't a dealbreaker, a more thorough cleaning beforehand would’ve made it perfect. Walls felt thin, meaning we occasionally heard our neighbors, which disrupted the peace at times. Still, overall, the charm of the motel and its helpful managers made for a great little getaway.

The property has a cool little pool that's well-kept, perfect for a quick dip. The location is prime, just a short walk to the marina for boat rentals and a few minutes' drive to the beach.
Upon arrival, the room was dirty, with mess left from previous guests, and the bathroom felt cramped to the point of awkwardness. There was no one on site to address these concerns, and attempts to reach out for help went unanswered. The lack of proper bedding made for a hard sleeping experience—a mattress that felt like sleeping on concrete left my back aching by morning. take note, the rooms are prone to mosquitoes and other bugs, adding an uncomfortable element to the stay.

Had an awesome time with friends. We explored the beautiful walking trails at Gulaga and enjoyed great meals cooked in the spacious kitchen. The staff were super helpful. The lodge has a nice, chill atmosphere, and the outdoor deck was perfect for morning yoga. Definitely a great place to unwind after a day out.
Unfortunately, the room we had initially was a bit dirty on arrival. It put a damper on things at first, but we managed to make it work for our trip.
